SEPTA Route 301 was a bus route that ran between the Newtown Township Building in Newtown, Pennsylvania and the Bethayres station. It was based at the Frontier District.

This shuttle bus route began on January 15, 1983, replacing the Fox Chase Rapid Transit Line, which had been discontinued due to low ridership and union issues.

The route also had low ridership. On November 19, 2000, the SEPTA Route 130 was extended to Franklin Mills and Bucks County Community College in Newtown. At the same date, the route was discontinued.
